The Jashar Pasha Mosque, located in the historic centre of the city of Pristina, is a remarkable and notable part of Ottoman cultural heritage in this part of the Balkans.It was named after Jashar Mehmet Pasha, a wealthy citizen of Pristina and mayor of Skopje in 1842.
