FONTANA, CA - JANUARY 24, 2015: A Southern California Edison worker escorts a resident to his home under downed power lines after early morning 60 mph wind gusts uprooted a tree into power lines sending two poles and two transformers toppling to the ground on Cottonwood Avenue on January 24, 2015 in Fontana, California. About 200 residents are without power including residents of the Cottonwood Apartments who are also unable to get their cars out of the driveway because of downed power lines. Southern California Edison spokesman Raymond Hicks said a 12,000 volt circuit was damaged and he expected repairs to take 24 hours to complete.
