Neuilly-sur-Seine, FRANCE: Two pilots look at the damages on the replica of the biplane "14 bis" of Brazilian-born aviator Alberto Santos Dumont, 05 November 2006 in the Paris suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine, after former brazilian pilot Danilo Flores Fuchs tried to take off. Fuchs failed to take off after the biplane wing tear up while he was taking a run. The event was to mark the centenary of the first flight verified by the Aero-Club de France of a powered heavier-than-air machine with non-detachable landing gear taking off under its own power in calm weather.
