GENERAL INFORMATION: Minnetonka, MN - Scenes at the Hennepin County Library near Ridegedale shopping mall. The library opened October of 1999 and a little after a year past its opening, is extremely popular. IN THIS PHOTO: The Learning Center at the Hennepin County Library in Minnetonka is popular for library visitors who need the use of a computer. The Learning Center attracts those who don't own their own computer or want a quiet place to work away from the distractions of home.
