Indian Air Force personnel douse the wreckage of a MiG-21 aircraft that crashed at a field in Bhaliana village, near Bhatinda, on September 10, 2009. An Indian air force MiG-21 fighter jet crashed September 10 in the northern state of Punjab, killing its pilot, an air force official said.
