SANTA FE DE RALITO, COLOMBIA: (FILE) Diego Murillo (L), known as "Adolfo Paz" or "Don Berna" (L), the AUC - United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia's number-three in command, is scorted by AUC members 01 July 2004 in Santa Fe de Ralito, in the Colombian province of Cordoba. According to a local radio, Murillo, a right-wing paramilitary leader, has turned himself in to authorities 27 May 2005, after the Colombian government had ordered Wednesday his capture on murder charges for the April killing of a Cordoba lawmaker. The government and the AUC opened talks two years ago that have paved the way, so far, for 5,000 of the AUC's 20,000 fighters to disarm.
