TIRANA, ALBANIA: Albanian Defense Minister Pandeli Majko condoles parents of an Albanian-American soldier, Ervin Dervishi, killed while on patrol in the Iraqi town of Baji last week, during a memorial ceremony 29 January 2004 in Tirana. The soldier, Ervin Dervshi, joined the U.S. army in 2002 after moving to the United States from Albanian in 1999 on a green card lottery programme.
