Ukrainians in Lviv receive weapons training amid Russia's attack

LVIV, UKRAINE - APRIL 14: Ukrainian civilians in Lviv attend military training from Ukrainian and volunteer fighters to defend their cities against Russia. Participants receive close defense, weapon usage, war tactics and first aid training. Some volunteer warriors of Lviv, who come from different occupations and never held a weapon before, can also receive advanced military training if they want to go to the frontline. Russia's war on Ukraine has drawn international condemnations, with the US, UK, and European Union, among others, imposing a host of sanctions on Moscow. At least 1,982 civilians have been killed and 2,651 injured in Ukraine since the start of the war on Feb. 24, according to UN estimates, with the true figure believed to be much higher.
