SPEECH - President Trump Makes An Announcement At The Kennedy Center

WASHINGTON, DC - AUGUST 13: (SPEECH) U.S. President Donald Trump says, "We're going to take all the graffiti off. We're going to have to remove the tents, and the people that are living in our parks and then redoing the parks, the grasses and all, we're going to be going to Congress for a relatively small amount of money, and Lindsey and Republicans are going to be approving it," as he speaks during an event at the Kennedy Center on August 13, 2025 in Washington, DC. Trump announced country music artist George Strait, actor Michael Crawford, actor Sylvester Stallone, singer Gloria Gaynor, and members of the rock band Kiss as the first nominees of the annual Kennedy Center Honors since taking control of the center’s board earlier this year.
