Under the leaf of the rice paper plant. - stock photo
Looking up at the underside of a large palmate leaf of a potted Tetrapanax papyrifer on a bright, sunny day. The plant is native to China and Taiwan. It is used in Chinese medicine, and the pith from the stem is used to make a substance called rice paper ( though more accurately it should be called pith paper).
