25th May 2018. Tbilisi, Georgia. This is a photograph of the Bridge of Peace, as seen from Rike park. The bridge is a bow-shaped pedestrian bridge, with a steel and glass construction illuminated with numerous LEDs. The bridge spans the Kura River in downtown Tbilisi. The bridge was opened in 2010 and connects the Tbilisi Old town with Rike park and the newer districts of the city; and has proven to be a popular crossing, with many people gathering on its walkway at night.
