[UNVERIFIED CONTENT] A women peer out of window while the train stops at a railway station in Qasoor which is a small city, only two hours away from the historical city of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This picture was taken some five years ago. In Pakistan, not only train is the best way to go around the country economically. The railway station is the center of activities showing its true culture and hustle bustle to an extent that many local movies have to have a scene on a train station. There are also songs about or on trains. But nowadays train has relegated to the choice of commute for the poor only because the people who can afford it, like to use airplanes.In Pakistan, railway was commonly referred to as the "life line of the country", by aiding in large-scale movement of people and freight throughout Pakistan. The idea of a rail network was first thought of in 1847, with the possibility of Karachi becoming a major seaport. On May 13, 1861, the first railway line was opened to the public, between Karachi (city) and Kotri, with a total distance of 105 miles
