King Saud Speaks with Amir Abdul Ilah
(Original Caption) 2/6/1957-Washington, DC- Crown Prince of Iraq, Amir Abdul Ilah (L), talks with King Saud ibn Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia, at the Blair House. The meeting is said to be further evidence that the feud between the two families is over. In 1924, King Saud's father drove the royal Hashemite Dynasty, of which the Prince is a member, from the Hejaz, a region which includes the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
