POLTAVA, UKRAINE - NOVEMBER 20: Utility workers clear snow on a road with shovels on November 20, 2023 in Poltava, Ukraine. Since the snowfall that began on November 19 in Poltava Oblast, there have been no restrictions on traffic along state roads. As per the city authorities, the roads remain navigable. Contractors successfully cleared approximately 700 kilometers of highways, deploying over 50 pieces of equipment and mobilizing 76 workers who diligently worked through the night.
