Sushi Burrito
TORONTO, ON - February 7: Toronto remains in the midst of a fusion seafood trend, which includes sushi burritos. Star reader Sarah is curious about the calories in the popular samurachi burrito from the popular SU&BU. Wrapped in nori and a layer of sticky rice, the samurachi burrito is stuffed with a gorgeously bright assortment of vegetables (cucumber, avocado, lettuce and cabbage) and raw fish (tuna, salmon and massago). It seems healthy, but is it? (Randy Risling/Toronto Star via Getty Images)
