PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA - 1975/03/25: The shortcoming of the Khmer army were enormous. Sometimes government soldiers had to take local buses to commute to the front-lines usually nor more that 15 kilometers away from the capital Phnom Penh at this period of about two months before the fall of the city to the Khmer Rouge.
