Bolaños Closes The Event Of The 'xx Annual Conference Of Presidents Of High Courts Of Justice'.

PALMA DE MALLORCA, MALLORCA BAL, SPAIN - MARCH 05: The Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Felix Bolaños, will intervene during the XX Annual Conference of Presidents of High Courts of Justice, on March 5, 2025, in Palma de Mallorca, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. The conference will continue until Thursday, March 6, and will discuss current issues, especially the implementation of the courts of first instance as a result of the entry into force of the Organic Law 1/2025, of January 2, on measures for the efficiency of the Public Justice Service. Likewise, the presidents of the TSJs will analyze the experience of the Commercial Courts and will address the impact of the creation of these judicial bodies on the judicial office, the rules of distribution and the smaller judicial districts.
