Día de los muertos exhibit at Mexican Cultural Center in Denver

DENVER, CO - OCTOBER 21 : The flower vendor at the "The Aroma of Life" display at the Mexican Cultural Center's Día de Muertos exhibit on Monday, October 21, 2013. The exhibit portrays a small, rustic Mexican plaza. The Cultural Center is located at the Consulate General of Mexico in Denver. The exhibit will be open to the public from October 24th to November 22nd, 2013 with free admission for all from Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The exhibit will include traditional altars as well as some of the symbolic cultural treasures of Mexico's Día de los Muertos. Every aspect of this exhibit will have its own story and will allow visitors to remember, honor, and, celebrate those who have passed away. The Día de los Muertos is a tradition and celebration that has been a part of Mexico's culture for over 3,000 years.(Photo By Cyrus McCrimmon/ The Denver Post )
