Taronga Zoo Reopens To Public As Coronavirus Restrictions Ease

Taronga Zoo has reopened to the public as COVID-19 restrictions ease around Australia following the steady decline in infection rates. Taronga Zoo has temporarily closed its doors on 25 March 2020 in line with government restrictions put in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Restrictions continue to ease around Australia in response to the country's declining COVID-19 infection rate. In New South Wales, beauty salons, tanning salons and nail bars can reopen from 1 June, along with museums, zoos and galleries while pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants will also be able to serve up to 50 customers at a time.
