Swedish tennis player Björn Borg kisses the trophy after winning the Wimbledon singles championship for the fifth time in London in July 1980. Born in Södertälje, Borg first major title was the Italian Open (1974) and he went on to become Wimbledon singles champion five times in succession (1976-80). He also won the French singles title six times, and was the World Championship Tennis singles champion in 1976, and Masters champion in 1979 and 1980.
