St. Paul, Mn., Weds., July 2, 2003--"Joey", a male kangaroo owned by Kevin and Kelly Vogel, visited with Taste of Minnesota festival goers at Harriet Island Park. The Vogels, who have Vogel's Exotic Animal Shows in Sanborn, Mn., raised Joey and now have a nine-month-old female kangaroo that they are raising. They have a contest to name the female, who will mate with Joey later. This is the third year that the Vogels have brought their exotic animals, including monkeys, turtles, goats, bison, etc., to the Taste of Minnesota for a petting zoo.
