A cab driver and a rabbit
Southport taxi driver 28 year old Ray Williams heard mysterious scratching noises coming from under the front passenger seat of his taxi as he drove down Bedford Road, Southport at 1. 30am after dropping off a fare. After he recovered from his shock of seeing two bulging eyes staring at him, there sitting demurely on the front seat was a tame black and white rabbit. Dougle the tame rabbit found in Ray William's taxi. December 1969. (Photo by Mirrorpix via Getty Images)
