GLASGOW, UNITED KINGDOM - JANUARY 17 Salvage crew partially raise the 'Flying Phantom' tugboat which sank on the River Clyde while towing a cargo vessel on December 19, claiming the lives of three of its crew, on January 16, 2007 in Glasgow, Scotland.
