Menkes development has "rescued" a work allegedly created by Banksy

TORONTO, ON- FEBRUARY 16 - Menkes development has "rescued" a work allegedly created by Banksy. They have put it behind glass in the PATH walkway on the second floor of One York Street roughly above where is was originally painted. The artwork was painted on the old Workman's Compensation Board Building that had also served as the headquarters to the Ontario Provincial Police as well. The painting was done with nine others in 2010 before the G20 Summit. The artwork is displayed in a case with history of the site and artwork on the back and in front is a work called Speculum, a mirrored piece that allows people walking West on the PATH to get a view of the Banksy as they approach. Speculum and the case holding the art are by another artist, Johnson Chou. The Banksy is a police office walking a pink balloon dog. in Toronto. February 16, 2017.
