LITTLETON, CO - SEPTEMBER 4: James Neisler is suing Arapahoe County Jail because of the lack of medical care he received, while in jail. All the toes on his right foot have been amputated. Neisler, a diabetic, developed blisters on his feet while wearing steel-toed-boots during a work program. The blisters became gangrene and then a bone infection. He emotionally talked about how he went to jail with all 10 toes and left with only has five. He was at Clement Park in Littleton on Thursday, September 4 , 2014.
