Neisler, a diabetic, developed blisters on his feet while wearing steel-toed-boots during a work program. The blisters became gangrene and then a bone infection. He emotionally talked about how he went to jail with all 10 toes and left with only has five. He was at Clement Park in Littleton on Thursday, September 4 , 2014.
