Farmers' Protest In Katowice

Farmers are blocking the road around the Silesian Voivodship Office during the so-called National General Strike of Farmers in Katowice, Poland, on March 20, 2024. They are protesting by taking their tractors to the city streets en masse, making traffic difficult. They are opposing the flooding of the Polish market with products from Ukraine and the European Green Deal, which is a package of European Union initiatives aimed at achieving climate neutrality by 2050.
