Parisians Turn To Trottinettes To Beat The Traffic

Paris has been confronted with new dangers from the scooters such as excessive speed and user inexperience that has resulted in falls and collisions with cars or pedestrians. Road accidents have increased dramatically (23%) since the electric scooters arrived in the capital and the surrounding suburbs. No law exists today that makes wearing a helmet obligatory or taking a passenger with you on the scooter.
