Liverpool Guide Company Donate A Cheque To The Guide Dogs For The Blind Association
A cheque for £1,030 was handed over by the 4th Liverpool Guide Company to the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, represented by Mrs Horsman (centre). The 75th anniversary of the guide movement coincides this year with the National Guide Dog Week and also of the 4th Liverpool Company. the money was raised from two sponsored Mersey Marathon runners, raffles, car washing, a 10 mile walk and a coffee evening.
