Boatman at Trang An Complex - Trang An Landscape Complex is...

NINH BINH, NINH BINH PROVINCE, VIETNAM - 2017/02/23: Boatman at Trang An Complex - Trang An Landscape Complex is made up of three distinct areas: Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel, Trang An, and Tam Coc Bich Dong collectively called the Trang An Landscape Complex. This mountainous area has mountains with water basins connected through underground caverns and streams. Trang An is also about culture: pagodas, temples & palaces in addition to archaeological finds. The karst landscape of Trang An dominates the scene above the surroundings. Inundation of the landscape by the sea after the last ice age shows the story of its geology as well as human occupation continuing through the Neolithic and Bronze Ages.
