Belgian Prime Minister, Guy Verhofstadt, second left, Minister for Transport, Isabelle Durant (L), Minister of Finance, Didier Reynders (2nd R), and Minister for Social Affairs, Frank Vandenbroucke (R), held a joint press conference in Brussels, 14 September 2000 to announce they reached an agreement with the road hauliers trade union representatives.
