Seven artists shortlisted for the Fourth Plinth commissions in 2026 and 2028 have been announced on February 19, 2024. The competition that marks its 25 anniversary this year will announce the winners in March 2024. The Mayor of London's Fourth Plinth Commission has per goal to choose a contemporary piece art to display on the northwest plinth in Trafalgar Square. Since its creation 14 works have been displayed on the site.
