Police Search Pond For Agatha Christie's Car
After a search in which Scotland Yard was baffled, and folk throughout the countryside turned out to do their bit, Mrs. Agatha Christie, the noted writer who mysteriously disappeared from her home, was found, merely by accident, at a small hotel. Her abandoned auto was found, in the search which led to the dragging of a neary-by pond. This photo shows men doing the latter in the vicinity of Newlands Corner, Surrey. | Location: Newlands Corner, Surrey, England, UK.
