NEW YORK, NY – JULY 29, 2017: Activist and health-care advocates held a rally at the 5th Avenue Trump Tower titled ‘Our Lives are Still on the Line: Celebration & Recommitment Rally’. Protestors celebrated the Senate’s rejection to repeal major parts of the Affordable Care Act without providing a replacement. Senate Votes down Obamacare repeal. The protestors vow to continue resisting the Obamacare repeal and demanding Medicare for all, universal health-care (single payer), improved Medicare, and end to for-profit health-care. Among the advocates was Planned Parenthood.
