SRINAGAR, INDIA - OCTOBER 9: A supporter of Independent legislator Engineer Rashid detained by police during a protest march on October 9, 2015 in Srinagar, India. Police detained over dozen supporters of Rashid and foiled their Secretariat Gherao programme against the alleged sabotaging of anti-beef ban bill in the Assembly.
