The supermarket is well stocked for water because the manager had warehoused water, along with other emergency supplies, in preparation for the summer storm season. Later today the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission will shut down a water main that will cut water to thousands of residents and businesses in southern Prince George's County. The shutoff is necessary to make much-need repairs. WSSC officials say the outage will run 2-4 days WSSC officials say.
