Caption: A Mexican Red Cross member takes off his boots during a break on rescue works at the headquarters of state-owned Mexican oil giant Pemex, where a blast took place on the eve, in Mexico City on February 1, 2013. An explosion rocked the skyscraper, leaving up to 32 dead and 121 injured. Hundreds of firefighters, police and soldiers toiled through the night after the blast ripped through an annex of the 54-floor tower also leaving concrete, computers and office furniture strewn on the ground.
