BEIT SAHUR, PALESTINE - 2015/02/17: A man holds up a poster of the three slain Muslim students from Chapel Hill during a vigil in the West Bank city of Beit Sahur. Following another video released by ISIS on Sunday which showed the group purportedly in Libya, beheading 21 Egyptian Coptic Christians, whom were kidnapped from Libya months ago, vigils were held for the victims across the West Bank city of Bethlehem. In Bethlehem, Coptic and Eastern Orthodox priests and representatives of the Palestinian police force and the Palestinian Authority was held. Various local politicians spoke of the tragedy and spoke of solidarity with Christians. In Beit Sahur, a suburb of Bethlehem, a group of 40-50 people gathered in the center of the city, commemorating not only the slain Coptic Christians, but also the Jordanian pilot, Lt. Moaz al-Kasasbeh, whom was also killed by ISIS. Others held posters of the three slain Muslims students from Chapel Hill, eah Shaddy Barakat, Yusor Mohammad, and Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha in the United States. Those in attendance expressed solidarity with all the victims of terror and violence in the past months, including that of slain Palestinian teenager Mohammed Abu Khdeir, who was burnt alive by Israeli settlers during the summer of 2014.
