US Congressman Mike Turner has been elected to succeed Hugh Bayley as NATO Parliamentary Assembly President during the fourth day of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly 60th Annual Session, 24 November 2014 in The Hague. The summit taking place at the World Forum in The Hague from 21 to 24 November brings together parliamentarians from the 28 North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries to debate on the Ukraine conflict and NATO's relations to Russia as well as the security situation in Afghanistan as well as to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Parliamentary Assembly.
