Weegee W/Distorted Konrad Adenauer Photo

(Original Caption) 9/30/1960-Cologne, Germany- He may be a little hard to recognize at first glance, but that's West German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer in the zany photo at left. The man responsible for the "distorted" viewpoint of Adenauer is New York photographer Arthur "Weegee" Fellig, famed for his off-beat camera trickery. A collection of Weegee's weird photos of famous personalities was on display at the "Fotokina" exhibition in Cologne.
