OUDOMXAY, LAOS - 2001/01/01: A boy runs along the dirt road at the hilltribe village of Lao Huay, situated to the north of Oudomxai in Laos. The settlement is made up of thatched huts belonging to the Iko (Aka) tribe. These hilltribe people are traditionally recognized by their colourful head gear, silver coins, beads and tassles, although these days many are indistinguishable from the other local people.
