BUDAPEST, HUNGARY-AUGUST 3, 2012: The twentieth open-air Szigest Festival, held every year on an island in the Danube River in northern Budapest every August, featured 400 concerts in 60 venues, with theatre performances, dance workshops and circus acts held on the sidelines. The event won an award earlier this year for being Europe’s best major festival. A novelty this year which is visible on this image is the 137 foot high ferris wheel, also on this image the main stage is shown in addition to the many other venues.
